About Robert Nahas

Robert “Bob” Nahas serves as the Broker of Nahas Benoit Companies and works extensively in the continuing development of the Central Valley Corporate Park, as well as the development and management of neighborhood shopping centers and multi-tenant office buildings. His career in development and brokerage spans nearly forty years, originating in the California Bay Area before expanding to Idaho in 1979. Bob’s contributions to the Boise Valley include such projects as the Central Valley Corporate Park, 17th & State Street Shoppes and Maple Tree Plaza. Bob gives generously to his community and has volunteered for years for Make-A-Wish Foundation.

About Janet Benoit

Janet Benoit conducts the leasing and sales division of Nahas Benoit Companies. Janet has been a part of the commercial real estate industry with Nahas Benoit Companies for 19 years. Her experience includes extensive work with national and regional companies, as well as local organizations and start-up businesses. As a licensed real estate agent and leasing specialist, Janet closely guides clients through every step of the process, coordinating with architects, contractors, attorneys, property managers, city officials, lenders and title officers. Each aspect of the transaction from conception to completion is managed conscientiously, contributing to the success of those that she serves. In addition to commercial real estate work, Janet is on the board of the Cascade Lake 4-H Camp, is a member of the Idaho Women’s Charitable Foundation and volunteers throughout her community.
